Citizens Bank Foundation provides $20,000 grant to the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York to help fight childhood hunger during the summer

Grant is part of Citizens Bank Foundation’s $60,000 statewide investment to support summer feeding programs through food banks across New York in 2013

ALBANY, N.Y. – To help children throughout the Capital Region and Hudson Valley gain access to free nutritional meals this summer, the Citizens Bank Foundation is donating $20,000 to the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York.

The $20,000 grant is part of an overall investment of $60,000 from the Citizens Bank Foundation to food banks across New York this summer to combat childhood hunger, part of its “Citizens Helping Citizens Fight Hunger” initiative.
