Condiment will offer freshly-made, customizable condiments such as freshly churned butter with more than a dozen optional add-ins, whipped-to-order mayonnaise customizable with various flavors, and numerous varieties of ketchup, salad dressings, dessert, salsa, steak, tartar, cocktail and BBQ sauces. Handcrafted on a daily basis with full transparency of ingredients, Condiment’s products will complement the current purveyors of fresh meat, fish and produce that are already within the Market.

Condiment’s owner is no stranger to running a business out of Reading Terminal Market; Elizabeth Halen currently runs Flying Monkey Bakery whose whoopie pies were recognized by Philadelphia Magazine’s “Best of Philly” awards in 2014. Halen will manage Condiment alongside co-owners Ari Saxe and Jason Wagner, and silent partner, Joseph Morrin.
